Workplace

Strength and mobility for teams that sit most of the week.

On-site sessions, reserved studio hours, or a screening day that produces a short plan for each volunteer. Scoped in writing with HR or facilities before we quote.

Who this is for

Organisations that want a quiet, repeatable block

Workplace programmes at Strongerdailylife are built for offices in Kallang, the CBD, and the north-east that already know a one-off wellness fair does not change how people move at a desk. We write a block with a start date, a session length, and a review. Attendance is voluntary. We do not publish participation leaderboards or attach prizes to a squat. The work is closer to a coaching practice than to an events calendar.

Typical buyers are HR leads, facilities managers, and team leads who can give us a room, a headcount range, and a budget band. We reply with a one-page scope: what we will run, what we will not run, what the organisation must provide, and a fee. Nothing is booked until that page is agreed.

Formats

Three ways we show up

On-site mobility

A 30- or 45-minute session in a meeting room or lounge. Shoes stay on. We teach a short set of positions for hips, upper back, and calves that people can repeat between calls. Groups cap at twelve so a coach can still see what is happening. A six-week run, once a week, is the usual minimum.

From S$480 per session, quoted on room and headcount

Reserved studio hours

A company holds two or three slots a week on Tyrwhitt Road. Employees book into a small-group of four. Each person still gets a written block after a short screen. Useful when the office is nearby — Lavender, Farrer Park, Bendemeer — and people can walk over before or after work.

Invoiced monthly against held slots

Screening day

A half-day on site. Volunteers rotate through a 20-minute screen: history, a few patterns, and a two-page plan they keep. Up to sixteen people in a half-day with two coaches. The organisation receives a de-identified summary of themes (desk hours, missed training, common restrictions) and nothing that names an individual.

From S$1,800 per half-day

How a booking runs

Brief, scope, dates, review

Send a brief

Tell us the site, the likely headcount, whether you have a room, and whether you want mobility, studio hours, or a screening day. A 15-line e-mail is enough. We reply within two working days.

Agree a one-page scope

The scope names dates, session length, what the organisation provides (room, mats, a staff contact on the day), what we provide, the fee, and the cancellation rule. Invoices go to the company, not to individual staff.

Run the block and review

After the last session we send a short note: attendance as a count, what we taught, and whether a second block makes sense. We do not send photographs of staff without a separate written request and consent.

Limits

What a workplace programme is not

It is not physiotherapy, occupational health, or a medical screen. Staff with a recent injury or a diagnosed condition should speak to their own clinician before they join a loaded session. On-site mobility stays light; anyone who wants a strength block comes to the studio or starts remote programming on their own account.

We do not run competitions, step-count leagues, or public leaderboards. If your brief needs those, we will say so early so you can find a supplier who does that work.
